Very much so. Homes from the 80s and 90s here have reached the point where original oak rails, peach fixtures, and dated kitchens feel out of step with the caliber of the Lake Washington and skyline views, and high-spec interior modernization closes that gap beautifully. The bones and the locations are excellent.

Newcastle is 30 to 35 minutes north of our Milton headquarters, and we schedule efficient full days on site, from Newcastle Highlands and Olympus to the older homes near Lake Boren. Distance has never been a reason for a Newcastle client to feel less attended to.
