1. Who we are

Home Renovation Design & Build LLC is a licensed Washington design-build contractor (WA #HOMERDB750MH) located at 2806 Queens Way 1C, Milton, WA 98354. We operate this website and the SMS program described below under the registered brand name Home Renovation Design & Build.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you request a consultation, quote, or callback, or when you call, text, or email us, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, project address or city, the type of project you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• SMS opt-in data. If you check the text-message consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, we record your phone number, the date and time of your consent, the page or number you used to opt in, and the content of messages exchanged with you.
• Information collected automatically. When you arrive on our site we note the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_sourceor a Google Ads click ID). This is stored in your browser's session storage, is attached to your inquiry only if you submit a form, and is cleared when you close the tab. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm consultations, and prepare estimates.
• To communicate about your project by phone, email, or, if you have opted in, text message.
• To send you information you asked for, such as design ideas, pricing, or financing options.
• To understand which marketing channels bring visitors to our site so we can spend wisely.
• To keep our website and records secure and to meet legal, licensing, and tax obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS) program

Home Renovation Design & Build sends conversational and informational text messages about your inquiry and project: appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups on your quote request, answers to your questions, and project updates. Message frequency varies with your project and conversation.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us at (425) 500-9335, or by giving us verbal consent during a call or visit. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation text and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (425) 500-9335 or dream@homerenodesignbuild.com.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing.

5. When we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and only as needed to run our business:

• Our customer relationship management and job management software, which stores inquiries and project records.
• Our website hosting provider and the email relay used as a backup if our primary intake is unavailable.
• Our telephone and text-messaging carrier, which transmits calls and SMS messages for us.
• Subcontractors, suppliers, lenders you ask us to work with, and permit authorities, only to the extent needed to deliver your project.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We never sell personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Washington contractor, warranty, and tax record-keeping requirements, generally up to seven years after your last contact or project completion. SMS opt-out requests are kept indefinitely so we honor them.

7. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to correct, update, or delete the information we hold about you.
• Ask what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
• Ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes.

8. Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes to the SMS program will also be communicated by text to opted-in subscribers.
