Burst Pipe & Water Damage Restoration in the Seattle–Tacoma area
A burst pipe, a failed water heater, or a slow leak behind a wall turns your home into a claim file overnight. We take that file off your hands. Our team documents the damage, speaks with your insurance company on your behalf, and then does the work — so the claim that pays for repairs becomes the budget for a space that is better than it was before.
The overview
Our approach to water damage & insurance restoration
Most homeowners have never filed a water damage claim, and insurers know it. The adjuster and the mitigation company they send out move fast, and they routinely miss things: saturated subfloor under tile that looks fine, wicking inside wall cavities two feet above the water line, cabinetry that will warp a month later, electrical and insulation that cannot be dried in place. What is missed is not paid for, and what is not paid for comes out of your pocket.
We approach the claim the way we approach every build: with attention to detail. We scope the full extent of the damage, document it to the standard adjusters respond to, and handle the conversation with your carrier from first call to final approval. A contractor doing the talking changes that conversation. You will also hear that you need three bids; that is a preference some adjusters express, not a requirement, and we will walk you through what your policy actually says.
Once the claim is approved for the maximum your policy supports, the same design-build team that negotiated it rebuilds the space. Because we are remodelers first, you are not limited to putting back what was there. Many clients use the claim as the starting budget for the kitchen, bathroom, or basement they always wanted — and we guarantee the finished space is in tip-top condition before we call it done.

A note from Donovan
Your water damage & insurance restoration, treated like it's our own home.
I'm Donovan. My family has been building across the South Sound for five generations, and every water damage & insurance restoration project we take on gets the same promise: an honest budget range, a design you can walk through in photorealistic 3D before we build it, and a crew that treats your house the way we'd treat our own.
You won't be handed off to a call center or a stranger with a clipboard. You'll work with the same family that's earned its reputation one neighbor at a time — and we don't consider the job done until it feels like home.

Why choose us
What sets our water damage & insurance restoration apart
We Talk to Your Insurance Company
From the first notice of loss to the final supplement, we handle the calls, the documentation, and the adjuster walk-through so you are never negotiating alone or guessing at what to say.
Nothing Gets Missed
Moisture mapping, photos, and a line-item scope written the way carriers expect. We catch the hidden damage adjusters and mitigation crews overlook, so the maximum amount possible gets approved.
No Three-Bid Runaround
Adjusters often say you need three bids. Your policy almost never requires it. One licensed contractor who understands the claim process gets you to an approved scope faster.
Your Claim Becomes Your Remodel Budget
Once the scope is approved, you choose the finishes. Replace what was there, or use the moment to get the bathroom, kitchen, or basement you have been putting off.
Restore, Then Rebuild, One Team
Drying, demolition, structural repair, and the finished rebuild all run through one project manager. No hand-off between a mitigation company and a contractor who never met.
Licensed, Bonded & Insured
Five generations of Pacific Northwest builders licensed under HOMERDB750MH. We stand behind the work with a written warranty, and we guarantee the finished space is in tip-top condition.
How it works
Our design-build process
Call Us First
Call or text as soon as you find the damage. We will tell you what to photograph, how to stop the source, and what to say when you open the claim.
Full Damage Assessment
We map the moisture, open what needs to be opened, and document everything — including the damage you cannot see yet.
We Handle the Claim
We submit the scope, meet the adjuster on site, answer the carrier's questions, and file supplements when the first offer falls short.
Design the Rebuild
With the approved amount as your budget, our in-house 3D design team shows you the finished space before work begins — restored, or upgraded.
Build & Final Walkthrough
One crew rebuilds to our remodel standard. We inspect every detail with you and do not close the job until the space is in tip-top condition.

When the tools come down and the crew heads home, what's left is yours — a house that finally feels like home.

Water Damage & Insurance Restoration questions
Do I really need three bids for my insurance claim?
Almost never. Adjusters sometimes ask for them, but it is a preference, not a policy requirement in most homeowner policies. You have the right to choose your contractor. We will review your policy language with you and handle that conversation with the adjuster directly.
What do you mean by getting more money for the claim?
Insurers pay for what is documented in the approved scope. Adjusters and mitigation crews work quickly and often miss hidden damage, such as wet subfloor, wall cavities, insulation, and cabinetry that will fail later. We document everything to the carrier's standard and submit supplements, so the approved amount reflects the real cost of putting your home right.
Can I upgrade the space instead of putting it back the way it was?
Yes. The approved claim amount is yours to apply to the rebuild. Many clients use it as the base budget for a better bathroom, kitchen, or basement and add to it if they want more. We design it in 3D first so you can see exactly what you are getting.
How fast can you respond to a burst pipe?
Call or text (425) 500-9335 and we will walk you through stopping the water and documenting the damage right away, then schedule the on-site assessment. We serve Pierce and King County from Milton, WA.
Do you do the drying and demolition, or only the rebuild?
We manage the whole job, from drying and demolition through the finished rebuild, under one project manager. That is how we make sure the restoration scope and the remodel plan line up.
Is the finished work guaranteed?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured (WA #HOMERDB750MH), the work carries our written warranty, and we guarantee the space is in tip-top condition before we close the job.
